General Terms and Conditions
Below are the general terms and conditions of Berger Maritiem Sales & Service V.O.F., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 64888991, effective as of November 17, 2024. Depending on the nature of our services, different general terms and conditions apply: one set for services provided in our own name and another set for agency and intermediary services.
General Terms and Conditions for Services Rendered in Our Own Name
These general terms and conditions apply to agreements where Berger Maritiem Sales & Service V.O.F. provides services in its own name and from its own organization.
General Terms and Conditions for Agency and Intermediary Services
These general terms and conditions apply to agreements in which Berger Maritiem Sales & Service V.O.F. acts as an agent or intermediary between the customer and an external supplier.
Important Information
In case of uncertainty regarding which general terms and conditions apply, the customer is required to verify this with us in writing prior to entering into an agreement. The customer assumes full responsibility for applying the correct general terms and conditions. Berger Maritiem Sales & Service V.O.F. accepts no liability for any consequences arising from the use of incorrect general terms and conditions.
